The doctor only refused because the hospital found out the organ was collected by fraudulent means and so the hospital asked Fred to pay out of pocket. He also got his hands on the doctor who would've performed the surgery. The team came across Fred numerous times as he tried to kill the people, he felt were responsible. Not just the ones at the hospital and so they slowly started tracking everyone down to find and help them. The team later learned that Fred also targeted everyone on the board. And so his father started to take revenge on everyone responsible for Isaac's death. His son Isaac had died after he failed to meet the qualifications for an organ transplant. One of the doctors at the hospital had said she knew who the shooter was. As in, they got to choose who gets an organ. Most of them sat on the board of the organ committee. The shooting happened at the hospital's outdoor cafeteria area and several people were killed. They were called in for a hospital shooting. He told Luca about the problem and Luca said he would think about it, but a case came first and the team caught a case.

And Hondo knew he couldn't afford to become an investor himself. He seemed like a kind-hearted man who was just trying to do some good in the neighborhood and so no one wanted to step on his toes. He asked everyone and everyone said they didn't want to go up against Saint. Not the bad and so he told Hondo to find a new investor for him or he was going to take Saint up on the offer. All he heard was good things about Saint. He said Saint was willing to invest a hundred grand in his business and that he asked around. And so Hondo spoke to Harris as a way of warning the young man about Saint.īut the kid didn't want to hear it. Saint would wait until the man got in too deep and then take advantage of him. But Harris wanted to accept money from Saint as an investment. It was a good idea and it would be great for the community.

He wanted to create a mobile farmer's market that would get fresh produce into troubled areas. Harris now wants to go into business for himself. He found out that Harris graduated from UCLA early and that he got a degree in business.

He runs things now and he knew that Saint was up to no good with Harris. He used to play the second fiddler to the shooter and, after the incident, that was no more. Harris was the black teenager who got shot by a white cop and that launched Hondo's career into the spotlight. It turns out Saint got into contact with Raymont Harris.

Saint launched a counteraction to Hondo shutting down his stash houses. Hondo wanted to keep going after Saint and unfortunately work and more often than not Saint got in the way. Almost as loyal as Hondo's team were for him. He went after Saint's money by shutting down his stash houses and taking millions away from him and it was no good because Saint's people refuse to turn on him. Hondo became aware of Saint's shady dealings after that. Saint pretended to be helping when really he was hunting three teenagers and he was going to kill them if Hondo's team hadn't stopped them. But Hondo and Saint recently butted heads in a case. The two men used to be in the Black Panthers together and their friendship faltered off after Hondo's dad left the party. Also, Hondo searches for evidence to prove his theory of the culprit behind an alarming rise in Los Angeles stash houses.
